This weekend was a relaxing weekend! I came home and spent much needed time with family. i hadn’t been home in a month, so it was nice.

Friday night, my sister, david, and shep were here. I got to see sweet baby sheppy!! the four of us and my parents watched “The Hornet’s nest.” we’ve been wanting to watch it for awhile, and we finally had the chance. i went to sleep early and slept 11 hours…

Saturday was even more relaxed at first. I woke up well-rested and even took a nap later. i finished watching this is us and got prepared for an interview on Sunday. Unfortunately, the weather got bad. it was worse in norman and other parts of the state than my hometown. thankfully, no tornadoes hit here and all my friends are safe and sound.

today, I woke up and hung out with my parents. we were going to go to church, but we all slept bad from the storms. my mom is currently cooking enchiladas and rice–a home-cooked meal is always a blessing for a college student. I have an interview in about an hour and a half. i’m going back to school tomorrow and am having my last journalism class of this semester! crazy!

not to mention, i also got to cuddle with my kitties, ollie and little. i would say it’s been a blessed weekend.
